As always, Rosa’s Cafe and Tortilla Factory doesn’t disappoint. The food is cooked to order, fresh, flavorful, and filling! It was a good spot to hit for lunch after being out and about all morning. The chips are the BEST! The salsa is excellent, and the chile rellano is my go to! Good food at a great price! 10/10 highly recommend!

Fast service, great portions. I like the salsa bar! I usually don't like tamales, but their tamale meat had a wonderful flavor. Fantastic atmosphere, counter serve .

One of our favorite places for lunch and dinner. Great food, good prices, fun atmosphere. And the warm, fresh tortillas they make just can't be beat! The staff are always friendly, and don't balk at modifications to your order. The portions are generous--you won't leave hungry--but not so large that you feel compelled to overeat and feel ill.

Rosa's Cafe is an excellent alternative to a sit down restaurant, as no tip is expected. Great food at a reasonable price. Salsa bar is neatly arranged and very clean. I do hope they are not going to disposable plastic forks, knives, and spoons like Taco Cabana is!!! This place is far too nice for that. Also, the Mariachi style old fashioned music of Mexico, WHICH I LIKE, is always playing. If you have heard music by Sylvestre Vargas, a legendary famous Mariachi band in Mexico who has made many legendary recordings back in the 1960's, you have a good idea on the music they play here. Modern day Tejano accordion music is SUPER ANNOYING, AND TACO CABANA ALONG WITH EL FENIX PLAY THAT KIND OF MUSIC!!! In the attached photo is one of the cheerfully decorative Spanish style tile pattern tables in their dining room, which reminds me of Chili's old tables. Take a look at the many other pictures posted of this Rosa's Cafe of the highly decorated dining area. (I feel lazy right now and don't want to take any other pictures right now.) Give this place a try if you like Mexican food and are in this area. By the way, the Taco Tuesday special is 3 tacos of your choice, refried beans, and Spanish rice for 7.13 including sales tax. Soft drinks, tea, or alcoholic beverages cost extra. The flour tortillas are made in the restaurant from scratch; there is an industrial giant HOBART brand dough mixer, a "dough ball making machine, and a hot grilling surface in the form of a rotating horizontal disc to freshly bake the tortillas. You can see this equipment in a window beside the drink station and order pick up counter. You can get a dozen flour tortillas, fresh made for 4.32 and they are so good, especially while they are still hot and have melted butter on them. Are you tempted and hungry yet? Thanks for reading this.

On Tuesdays, the special is 3 tacos, rice, beans, and extra tortillas all for 7! In this economy?!?! What a bargain. It's good food too, and they have a great selection of salsas and other condiments.

Love LOVE Rosa's! Anytime I'm back in town, I visit. Their food and staff are top notch. The star of the show are the tortillas, as one might expect. Meats are well seasoned, and their salsa selection is varied and flavorful.

I recently came to Texas and so far I'm loving it with every passing day. We went to this vibrant Mexican place and I think they serve the best Mexican food in town. I have never seen this colourful restaurant with such lively vibes. We had veggie tacos, nachos with guac and a veggie burrito plate with unlimited salsa dips at a reasonable price.
